Statistical training programme for the EECCA countries

The Statistical Training Programme for the EECCA countries is a series of 6 online training courses on selected statistical topics adapted to the needs of the National Statistical Agencies (NSAs) of the ENP-East and Central Asian countries (EECCA).
The programme aims at transferring the practical skills and theoretical knowledge to be applied in the daily practice of data production and dissemination.

Eurostat provides the training courses via a service contract with the support of DevStat.
Training courses will be delivered through Zoom platform:

  • 6 online courses containing either morning or afternoon sessions (more details on each course description).
  • Online courses will be given in Russian and/or English with simultaneous interpretation (as needed by the trainees).
  • Live broadcasting of the speaker and presentation material.
  • Live chats, polls Q&A and break-out rooms.

Who may apply?

Officials and employees of National Statistical Institutes of EECCA countries.
